Solve Climate 2030 Teach-in Ideas & Upcoming Information Sessions

Last week ViVA and the leadership of Bard College’s Solve Climate 2030 WorldWide Teach-In on Climate and Justice co-hosted two dedicated information and brainstorming sessions for academic museums and galleries. The goal of this international interdisciplinary event scheduled for March 30th, 2022 is to bring together more than 1 million students to discuss climate change and necessary actions to mitigate the impact of global warming. ViVA entered into partnership with Solve Climate 2030 to help encourage participation in this important initiative among the arts, and museums and galleries, and we welcome opportunities to help people develop high-impact programs that bring together students, faculty, museum and gallery professionals, museum and community members, trustees, alumni and college administrators.

For these information and brainstorming sessions ViVA developed a series of ideas to get our gallery and museum colleagues thinking creatively about what they could do on their campuses. Check it out!

Two additional information sessions are planned for the following dates and times:

Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 3:00 PM Eastern – register here

Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 3:00 PM Eastern – register here
